Geoimage Kicks Goals with Sunshine Coast Football Club UK Academy for the 2025-2026 Season

We are incredibly excited to share that Geoimage is a proud sponsor of the Sunshine Coast Fire Football Club's UK academy for the 2025-2026 season. 

This sponsorship is more than a jersey, it is about supporting the next generation of Australian footballers as they chase their dreams overseas to be on a bigger stage. 

A Club with Ambition: Sunshine Coast Fire FC

Founded in 2007, the Sunshine Coast Football Club has become a key club in the Queensland football scene. Known for its elite player development and strong community roots, SCFC has consistently produced talent ready for the big leagues such as the A-League, National Premier League (NPL) and beyond.

What really sets SCFC apart from other clubs is its vision. They are about building strong teams but also about building career opportunities. That is why in true fire spirit, the club placed an international academy based in the UK providing young Aussie players with direct access to the European football pathways. 

The UK Academy: The Path to Greatness

Located in Bishop's Castle in England, the Sunshine Coast Fire’s International Football Academy is a full-time, immersive program currently tailored for players aged 15 to 19 years of age. 

This is not your typical football camp. Players will:

• Train up to 16+ hours per week

• Living in dedicated accommodation with their teammates and mentors

• Competing in the Nation Junior Football League – most competitive youth football league in the UK

• Access performance technology Like GPS tracking, HR variability testing, and more 

• And most importantly, fully funded private distance education to ensure players keep up with their studies in Australia whilst training like pros in the UK. 

This is where their dreams start to feel a bit more like reality.

As part of our sponsorship, you will spot the Geoimage logo front and centre on the team’s official polo shirts, as well as on the back of all playing and training shorts throughout the season.

The UK academy is not just helping players improve their game, it also gives them a chance at something bigger. Playing at the academy allows them to play in front of prospect scouts, coaches, and clubs from the most competitive teams in the world. 

That is a journey Geoimage is proud to be a part of.

Programs like the UK Academy give young players the chance to stop waiting for opportunity and start creating it for themselves.
